Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore Tweet About Emergency Landing

DEMI MOORE

“my plane just had to do an emergency landing. Engine over heated. fire trucks everywhere. good times.”

So wrote @aplusk, also known as Ashton Kutcher on his Twitter page Thursday as he and his wife, Demi Moore, left Las Vegas and their private plane had to turn around almost immediately and make an emergency landing.

“Yep it is always an adventure in Vegas emergency landing and all!,” wrote @mrskutcher, which is Moore’s screen name.

A warning light started blinking in the couple’s twin-engine Hawker Beechcraft, which meant a possible engine problem, so the pilot turned around and re-landed at McCarran International Airport.

When the Twitter super couple landed, there were five fire trucks awaiting the jet and its “over performing” engines, according to CNN. No problems were found, no one was harmed and the plane took off towards…

“happy to be alive. lets celebrate. party tonight at Turtle Bay Bar in #NYC. Say “Spread” at the door for 1/2 off drinks! on me!”

Yes, that was Kutcher’s tweet after the ordeal was over telling fans that he would be in New York City that night.

Kutcher and Moore were traveling to promote Ashton’s new movie “Spread” which features him as a sort of Hollywood playboy who sleeps his way to the top and finds himself competing, and possibly in love, with a female counterpart. It opens in limited release August 14.
