We all have nights when we go to bed just as the sun is coming up or when we just don’t get a good night’s rest. My normal cleansing routine consisted of quickly washing my face and throwing on a bit of bronzer or blush before running out the door. But times have changed, my friends. As I entered my late twenties, I started to notice bags under my eyes, especially after a long nights out or too many glasses of Cabernet.
I tried a few different brands of under eye creams on both ends of the price spectrum and had no luck. I even went as far as trying a more holistic approach with tea bags and herbal remedies, which sometime offered a more temporary solution. Then someone recommended that I try Origins Youthopia Firming Eye Cream with Rhodiola (a Siberian Herb). It claims to visibly de-age, reduce puffiness and empower fragile eye skin to rebound from damaging stress.
I decided to give it a go. Two weeks in and I didn’t notice too much of a difference, but I kept with it. The directions say to gently dab around eye area with fingertip in the AM and PM. After five or six weeks I noticed I wasn’t using as much concealer under my eyes and the puffiness had visibly gone down. I’ve now been using it for eight weeks and I don’t think I will stop! It is brilliant…. I absolutely recommend it to all you ladies out there who are looking to decrease the look of dark under-eye circles or puffiness.
This stuff looks amazing! I’ll need to try it.
