Granted she did miss over thirty days of school, but a single mother, three kids (all young) and two jobs? It's not too surprising she missed a few days here and there. Not to say that was the school's fault, but it's hard to fault her either. Would be nice if we had some sort of safety net to help out single mothers in this situation. You know, other than porn.
