Megan Fox is the poster chick for all things hot. I mean, her last name is Fox! But apparently she has unfounded body issues just like the rest of us. According to People magazine, she dishes about her surprising insecurities in a new interview in the October issue of Cosmo. “I’m very confident in how I project my personality,” she says. “But in terms of how I look, I’m completely, hysterically insecure. I’m self-loathing, introverted and neurotic.”
Does she also have a bizarre sense of humor? Is she kidding? Either way, she claims that her self-image issues take on some pretty gross proportions; she even says that she gets diarrhea whenever she has to go onstage. TMI, Megan, TMI.
The sexy 23 year-old will appear in the Diablo Cody-penned horror flick Jennifer’s Body, which comes out September 18th. She plays the title character, a cheerleader who starts killing off her male classmates. Despite her “hysterical” insecurities, she has an interesting relationship with the male species in real life too. “I never call them guys,” she says. ”I always called them boys. Maybe it’s a superiority complex – my needing to keep them down,”
Megan also gets weirded out when people compare her to Angelina Jolie. “People see a dark-haired girl with tattoos who’s in an action movie, and it’s ‘She’s the next Angelina,’ ” she explains. “But I have nothing in common with her. If someone were to tell me she’s a vampire, I’d go ‘Yeah, okay, totally.’ “
