“any time i enter forever 21?! haha, the service is just too slow and the people working there are never very friendly”

“I was on the other end of a customer/employee episode! I worked in fashion for 5 years. A customer had bought a formal dress from me and a few days later, she came to return it. She had no receipt and it had obviously been worn. I explained the store return policy, but she asked to see a manager! The manager made me let her return the dress. Here I was following the rules and he made me look like a fool! I will never forget that.”
