Oh snap! Time for another insult in the Jon and Kate Gosselin bitchfest. The latest comes from Jon, whose new interview with Good Morning America marks the the first time he’s spoken out since all the drama surrounding his divorce exploded. Kate was fairly diplomatic about Jon when she appeared on Larry King Live two weeks ago, but Jon didn’t hold back.
Jon says he’s annoyed by all the backlash in the media, all the magazine covers where he’s depicted as a dirtbag, partier, etc. “Let’s finish what we’ve got to finish and move on with our lives,” he said. ”And stop feeding into the frenzy.”
“I was verbally abused,” Jon said of his ex-wife. “I was beaten down. She separated me from my family. She would hold the kids over my head and say, “Don’t spend time with your mom, spend time with your kids.’ Why can’t I spend time with my mom and my kids together? I’m not going back to that lifestyle.”
Jon and Kate are still filming their TLC show Jon and Kate Plus 8, but they do not interact with each other. “She has her film crew and I have my film crew,” Jon said. “But I can’t sit on the sofa with that woman. I can’t sit with someone right now that I despise.” Yowza! Jon says he despises her because she’s not speaking from the heart, that what she says to him is not the same as what she says on TV.

The only good thing mentioned in this article is that the kids are now spending time with some of the extended family. At least he has gotten that right. Good for him. Confused as to the backlash he has received for his statements when most of the viewing public knows they are the truth, anyway. Maybe it is hard for people to see someone being honest for a change and not playing for the cameras and the ratings. Yes, his children will probably hear this from someone but they will be able to access anything said anywhere about any of this saga now or when they are older and who knows what is said to them behind closed doors.

Very inspirational speech I loved how he aimed for our kids of today to plan for tomorrow, its not giving them political empowerment or guiding them in the wrong direction as the media portrayed but its giving them hope that through all the struggles and storms you may cross you will come out the hero In the end way to go Mr. President.

Jon, your time on t.v. did'nt show much. You are are a self serving, bad mouthing, low life of a father. Your wife made you what you are. Now you despise her? She is the head of your family. Clearly, not you. Get off the tube, we have no use for you. Er, Kate and your kids don't!!!

I tend to aire on the side of caution and I know that niether of them is telling the truth, you know what they say there are 3 sides to every story hers his and the truth. I think both of them are airing thier dirty laundry on the media because they are to coward to deal with in real life its much easier to sit on a stage and tell a stranger how crappy your spouse was than to sit in a thrapist office an actually talk to each other and work it out. these 2 have let the cameras become thier only source of communication and thus the reason they are now getting a divorce, IMO when youre married and thier are kids involved you fight for your marriage until you absolutly can't fight anymore walking away shouldnt be an option, they are now nothing more than a fly by night hollywood (wannabe) couple. we have seen it happen a hundred times and the next reality stars won't be any different. grow the hell up and quit being selfish freakin babies and take care of those beautiful kids they didnt ask for this and they need thier mom and dad right now not a nanny or camera crew.
