This year’s MTV Video Music Awards had a few bittersweet moments including a tribute to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson. One of the oddest moments came when Kanye West grabbed the microphone from teen singer Taylor Swift after she won an award for “Best Female Video,” for her song, “You Belong with Me.”

taylor swift looked so happy and then kanye had to interupt her in the middle of her speech to say that another artist was better,what an ass.whats even sadder is that with him you almost come to expect it.i hope he doesnt think that this is how you sell records cause i wont be buying any of his anytime soon,

Clear case of class. Kanye proved himself to be the loser that everyone knows he is and Taylor Swift's gentle poise and ladylike maturity distinguished her classiness beyond a doubt. A few years ago people had said, just wait, Kanye will blow himself up and while it won't happen in one big event, a series of small ones will do just as well. Let's see how well his agency rewards him for this stunt on Monday morning... any cities cut from the next tour? Hey, Kanye ya still need a woman to clean it up for you-lucky Beyonce's husband trained her to her role well.

I personally don't like Kanye West. But let me say this- while I find his actions at the awards totally classless and totally out of line, he did displayed class in apologizing to Taylor several times afterwards. Yes, it may be unforgivable to many folks, but let's just say this- most of us make bad mistakes, but the difference is we did not have the whole nation watching us and reminding us the rest of our lives about it.
