A note to the editors at Lifetime: Labor Day vacation is actually over. And you’ve got a good show. Don’t screw it up.
While my husband and I were watching the last week’s Project Runway (the one where Qristl gets the boot) I noticed a very serious slip about halfway through. When the models come in for their fittings and to check out the progress of their dresses one of them drops the f-bomb. Am I the only one who noticed?
It’s right when model Kojii gets her first gander at designer Logan Neitzel’s ill-fated smurf prom dress (which, for the record, I kind of dug, but I’m a quirky/Betsey Johnson/retro type of girl).
He says, “I hope you like the color”
And then, very faintly, oh so faintly in the background comes her reply: “I f-ing love this color”
Doh!
Now for starters: this is the exact response that I would have given. And furthermore, as someone who uses the f-bomb more liberally than table salt, my virgin ears are hardly burning at the use. However, given the FCC laws and all that, some editor out there seriously fell down on the job. Did they think that it would be drowned out in the background noise? That we wouldn’t be listening to her because she is the model? Because dude, I hear it right away. And then I played it back. And my husband heard it, too.
Check it out at the 1:40 mark.

It is there, but, really, I’m a little surprised this was noticed. I mean, it is not really all that obvious (unless you have the TV blasting or super-hearing), but yeah you’re right. It’s there.
wow i didn’t even notice this when watching the show and i do usually listen to tv pretty loud. hopefully they don’t get in trouble for this
ah dang! the video isnt available anymore!
It wouldn’t just be an editor because these things go through censors as well. This show was filmed almost a year ago so you think they would of caught everything.
