Charlotte Grace Prinze will be one baby who is safe from vampires. According to MTV News, Sarah Michelle Gellar and her hubby Freddie Prinze Jr. welcomed their new bundle of joy this past Saturday, and “the family is over the moon.” Yay, I’m so excited they didn’t follow celebrity protocol and name her something totally weird.
Before announcing her pregnancy in April, 32 year-old arah Michelle had told Access Hollywood that it was important to her to wait for the right time to start a family. “When we do have children, my husband and I will have such a strong foundation because we’ve given our relationship time to grow,” she said. “I try to go into everything with an open mind, but it’s much more than I thought it would be. The partnership grows to such a different level. And all my life, it was just my mom and me, us against the world; so to let someone else in and to have another partner was hard for me. Now he’s my partner, my best friend, and my husband.”
The couple’s love story began the way many in Hollywood do: on the set of a terrible movie. Sarah Michelle and Freddie met way back in 1997 while filming I Know What You Did Last Summer. They officially started dating in 2000, and then got married two years later.
