I dunno, I agree with the concept here, and certainly see it's merit, but in my case this just doesn't ring true. I've only slept with one woman and she's only slept with three men before me. One of the men, she was the first for, the other two I have no idea. So basically, even if the other two had a few options - and you drag it out to six-degrees of separation - you just don't get anywhere near 154,000. My two cents. I got a total of 154,250 partners.
