It’s time to pay special attention to your ta tas. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and there’s a lot of shopping you can do to celebrate the occasion. (I hope you like pink.)
Sony is supporting the cause by donating $110,000 in conjunction with sales made in October from the Reader Pocket Edition bundle in rose, and the pink VAIO W Series Mini Notebook bundle. The money will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), which uses more than 85 cents of each dollar directly towards breast cancer research, and awareness programs. Check out Sonystyle.com to see the products.
You can also buy really cute vintage-inspired bracelet by Lisa Salzer for just $24.50 (usually her designs are much more expensive), with $5 of each sale going to the BCRF. Check them out at Loftonline.com.
Save-A-Lot food stores are also selling pink reusable shopping bags for 99 cents – so you can be pink, and green!
Cosmetics company Estee Lauder is featuring an entire Pink Ribbon Collection, including a compact, jeweled pin and lip design collections. Their goal is to donate $500k to the BCRF.
Over at Bloomingdales, donate even more to BCRF by shopping the Pink Boutique, which features clothes, shoes, accessories and more. You can also enter to win a little pink bag of goodies!
