Jon and Kate Gosselin are at it again with the he-said-she-said. Kate appeared on The TODAY Show this morning and revealed that Jon took almost all their money from their joint bank account, leaving her broke and unable to pay her bills.

Here’s a recap of the battle so far: After TLC kicked Jon off the show and renamed it Kate Plus 8, Jon banned camera crews from going onto his property and demanded that the network put an end to the show. The network did suspend filming, but hasn’t announced that the show has been cancelled. Last week, Jon appeared on Larry King Live and announced that he felt the show was not healthy for his eight kids, since they’re witnessing their parents go through a divorce. Now Kate has responded – check out the video:
“He took $230,000 of the $231,000 we had,” Kate said. “I have a stack of bills. The last thing I wanted was to do this show and end up not being able to pay our bills.” The money in the account was designated for family bills. A separate account set up for the children was left untouched. “I have a stack of bills in my purse I can’t drop in the mail,” she said, tearing up.
Kate is set to go to court today to try and get the money back. What do you guys think? Who’s lying? And who’s going to win this never-ending battle?

gosh how awful to have your divorce aired publicly. She has generally done a good job of staying mum...while Jon has splashed himself all over. Makes her look more in the right.
