Matthew Knowles + Alexsandra Wright = Baby?

matthew-knowles-1 Matthew Knowles, the dad who reminds us that Beyonce does actually have a last name, may have another kid. According to TMZ, 38 year-old actress Alexsandra Wright is six months preggers and has filed a paternity case against the 58 year-old with the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Of course, it’s not the best news for Tina Knowles, who has been married to Matthew since 1980. Matthew, who manages the singing careers of both their daughters, Beyonce and Solange, could not be reached for comment. He has also recently moved into the film business, executive-producing Beyonce’s hit movie Obsessed, which came out earlier this year.

Matthew recently praised Beyonce’s graceful gesture at the MTV Video Music Awards, where she reached out to Taylor Swift after Kanye West had snatched the mic from her. ”I can only say it was a proud night for me as a manager, but more importantly as a father,” Matthew said. ”I’ve always said the thing that makes me most proud about Beyonce is not how many records she’s sold or how many plaques she has or how many awards; it’s that she’s a genuine, good person. I know it’s hard for people to believe that she can really be that nice of a person, but she really is.”

Alexsandra, a native of Canada, has had guest roles on TV shows like Scrubs and JAG. It’s not clear where she would have met Matthew.
