Kelly Osbourne Dances Her Ass Off

Kelly Osbourne has certainly had her share of ups and downs, from her weight to her personal life. The media has certainly been none to kind to Ozzy’s daughter over the years. But, I’ve got to hand it to the girl, she is definitely on a big up right now. And, as it turns out, her weight is way down too. Now, the media has nothing but good things to say about Kelly’s positive transformation, which is at least partly the result of her participation in Dancing with the Stars.

To be honest, I hadn’t thought much about Kelly Osbourne since her family’s reality show went off the air a few years ago. And I’ve never seen an episode of Dancing, so when I saw the recent pictures of Kelly in a tabloid, I was totally blown away. I’m not just impressed because she’s lost weight. But she just looks really healthy and grown up. And happy! Now, these are all my own assumptions. Who really knows how she is feeling? But from all accounts, she’s on top of the world. And I love her new blonde Mary Quant hair-do. Her look is so much more sexy young-lady-with-an-edge than her angry-punk-kid looks of the past.

With that said, I hope the weight loss stops where it is. I would be devastated if Kelly turned into just another Hollywood waif. I think she looks fabulous just as she is now. She’s got hips and curves and a full face. She looks like herself, but healthier. In a recent article in People magazine she mentioned something about her “wobbly bits” and I just couldn’t help but think of her as a real-life Bridget Jones. Which is every bit a compliment. I hope this healthy Kelly sticks around for a while.
