NVEY Eco: Organic Cosmetics from Down Under

Nvey-1

From grocery stores to dry cleans, you see that going green is the way to go and organic products are becoming more and more popular, especially in the cosmetics industry.  Up until recently, if you wanted a more “natural” make up you had to shop at health food stores, the selection was limited and well let’s face it, they weren’t very exciting. Well not anymore, and Nvey Eco is the answer that all you eco-friendly fashionistas are looking for. Made in Australia, Nvey Eco offers a full line of organic cosmetics for those who want to maintain a organic lifestyle without sacrificing the glamour.

Australia has much stricter laws that the U.S. when it comes to labeling something as organic so not only are the ingredients organic, the research, development and manufacturing of the products meet the strict guidelines of the Australian government and the Organic Food Chain (Organic Food Chain Certificate Number #0464). That means that Nvey Eco is paraben free, soduim laurel sulfate free, GM free (No ingredients are derived from genetically modified crops), cruelty free, talc free and contains no petroleum based ingredients.

Okay, so now here is the BEST part, we’ve all dropped a compact or eyeshadow before and you know that if it cracks or crumbles it usually is the beginning of the end for your product. This line is different. Because it is talc and paraben free if you drop it and it cracks or crumbles all you have to do is smush it back together in the container and it will become whole again. You will never have to throw out a broken eyeshadow or compact again.

I was a little skeptical myself when I was first introduced to Nvey Eco.  Would it really last all day? Does the eyeshadow have enough pigment to show up? Does the foundation go on smoothly? Do the eyeshadows really smush back together if you throw them to the floor and step on them?  Well I can answer a delighted yes, yes, yes and YES!
