		<description>good for him. truth be told, he&#039;s right. a lot of America&#039;s problems stem from what we eat (and how it&#039;s produced), but unfortunately, it&#039;s usually not talked about all that much. but, to keep things current and relevant, even a small change like making school lunches healthier (and improving nutrition education for parents), would make a huge difference on our current obesity epidemic, and in turn, bring down health-care costs across the nation.
