Oprah’s known for giving things away to her fans, and she’s stepped it up this holiday season. Twelve lucky readers of O will win every gift in the mag’s 2009 O List Holiday Edition. One grand-prize winner will also score free trips for two to The Oprah Winfrey Show and The Ellen DeGeneres Show!
Simply go to her website and enter the code each day (the contest starts today). Here’s how it works: There are 12 icons, pictured below, hidden in the pages of O‘s December issue and on Oprah.com—one for each day of the contest. Once a day, from December 1 through December 12, you can enter by logging on and typing in the appropriate code for that day. Each day’s entry will increase your chances of winning.
For hints, you can click around the homepage to find stories with each day’s code – and you can also search for “give-o-way” using the Oprah.com search bar in the upper-right-hand corner of this page.
Twelve readers will receive all 46 items in the nine-page O List Holiday Edition (see page page 101 of the issue). The prizes will be wrapped by Hallmark and delivered to the winners’ homes before Christmas by The UPS Store. One person will also win the grand prize: two tickets to live tapings of The Oprah Winfrey Show in Chicago and The Ellen DeGeneres Show in Los Angeles, two round-trip tickets on American Airlines, and a two-night hotel stay.

I love watching Oprah, people don’t realize, she helps the world with her wisdom. I love the infomation that she gives her viewer. I am a big fan, my daughter was born on Oprah’s birthday and her eyes are green like Oprah’s favorite color. i’m just now learning about the giveway. but would love to receive some gift for my grandchildren. Because i have been unable to give them anything in the last two year because of my illness. And had given up on christmas because i had nothing to give them. I’m not able to work because of my illness. Fighting for my ssi and disability.
