Pulling off sexy with classy can be a delicate balance. For example, stars such as Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have attempted sexy, but neither seemed able to keep from flashing their lady bits at inappropriate times — or having a sex tape leak. They didn’t quite pull off classy.
That’s not always the case though. Follow these guidelines and you’ll be able to pull off sexy and classy, while warding off sexy but trashy:
1. Practice the art of graceful entries and exits. If you want to be sexy by surprising your mate and letting him know halfway through the car ride to his work holiday party that you’re not wearing any underwear, well, be sure you have practiced getting in and out of the car. As we all know, sexy can instantly turn to trashy if, as you’re getting out of the car, you’re flashing the goods to all his co-workers. And as the old adage goes — taught to me by a gay man, who knows — “Shoulders back. Tits out.” It may sound trashy, but it will instantly help you exude confidence and sex appeal as you enter or leave the party.
2. Leave something up to the imagination. Showing off everything at once is not the way to go when it comes to sexy clothing choices. If you go for a short skirt, pick a more modest top. Or, if you’re lucky enough to have bountiful cleavage, don’t pick the mini skirt as well. Give a man more than an inch and his mind will take the extra mile and imagine what you look like under the rest of your clothes.
3. Sexy is a state of mind. You’re a woman. You have beautiful curves from the arches of your feet to the place where your collar bone meets your shoulder. Remember this. Spend time mentally praising your body for the beauty it possesses, but also spend time nourishing your brain, and remember that your intelligence, confidence, and your personality can all be sexy too.
These are just some tips to help you exude your inner sex-appeal while still remaining a classy chick. Remember, sex appeal plus class is always sexy.
