Listen to Christmas Music Online For Free!

You’ve hung up the stockings, decorated the tree…now all that’s left to do to get in the holiday spirit is fine-tune that holiday playlist! Luckily there are some great places to find Christmas music online for free, so you can liven up your home or office.

Amazon.com is celebrating with the 25 Days of Free, during which you can download a different holiday MP3 every day for free! (You can also continue to download the previous days’ music.) Artists include Lady Gaga and Tori Amos, so this is the real deal (although that Gaga “Christmas Tree” song is a little weird, no?).

If you’re staying by a computer, a YouTube playlist is also a fun way to go. Some of my modern favorites include Death Cab For Cutie’s “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home),” Tori Amos’ “Midwinter Graces (Star of Wonder),” and the Love Actually soundtrack, including Billy Mack’s “Christmas is All Around.” For classics, I’m a big fan of Andy Williams’ “The  Most Wonderful Time of the Year” and Ella Fitzgerald’s “Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!”

You might also try finding an online radio station playing holiday music; there’s a big list here. AccuRadio also has a bunch, divided into classical, old-fashioned, new releases and more.
