I’ve had to review a lot of diet books in my day, and I gotta tell ya, I get really sick of the negativity. Don’t do this. Never do that. Stop doing this. Deny yourself that. Ugh, no wonder people on diets are so cranky.

It was refreshing what I finally found a no-diet diet book, that actually uses the word diet for what it really means: the food you put into your body, not what you aren’t allowed to put into your body.
