Elin Nordegren was seen by the ever vigilant paparazzi pumping gas in Florida and, pointedly, NOT wearing her wedding ring, adding fuel to the ever growing white hot media blitz around Tiger Woods’ recent fall from grace. It looks like Nordegren wasn’t too interested in the recent Woods’ press release stating that he was taking time off to be a “better husband, father and person.”
Sound off for us then — which statement is truest?
1. Good for her! He’s humiliated her enough and it’s time for Nordegren to be an independent woman.
2. It’s just a ring and a piece of antiquated symbolism. Stop being so old school.
3. We’re only titillated by this because we’re the same people who thought Bubble Boy was important news.
Gillette goes by the slogan “The Best a Man Can Get”, but they have distanced themselves from Tiger Woods as he takes his break from golf. Sports blogs listed on Dozensports.com said it was to ‘support his desire for privacy’, but in reality it’s probably to protect their brand. When it comes to the media, Tiger is now getting ‘the worst a man can get’.
