		<description>Something I&#039;ve never understood about this disorder is the quantity. There&#039;s definitely been occasions when I&#039;ve consumed hundreds of calories in one sitting, totally zoned out and not even knowing WHY and not having control... and sometimes it&#039;s gotten to the extent of being 1,000 calories or a bit over, but never more than that (although that is still a HUGE amount to mindlessly eat all at once). Would that still constitute binge eating disorder? Even though it&#039;s not thousands at a time?</description>
