Casey Johnson, the 30-year-old heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, has been found dead in Los Angeles, USA Today reports. The cause of death is unknown.
She was known as a party girl and fiance of reality star Tila Tequila (last month, Casey was seen showing off an engagement ring she gave to Tila). Tila responded to the news on Twitter: “Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support but I will be offline to be w family.”
Casey was also close with fellow heiress Paris Hilton, who told Life & Style magazine that she was “devastated” by the news. Paris’ sister Nicky Hilton is godmother to Casey’s adopted daughter, Ava, 3. Paris has written several Tweets about Casey’s death:

Casey, who was arrested in November for grand theft, is just two years younger than actress Brittany Murphy, who died December 20. Casey’s father is Woody Johnson, owner of the New York Jets.
The end of her life marks the end of only a part of her journey. May her new journey be a peaceful one and may she forever rest in eternal peace.
