30 Rock star Jane Krakowski has recently been engaged to her clothing-designer boyfriend Robert Godley, according to Access Hollywood. “Jane Krakowski and Robert Godley are thrilled to announce that they are engaged to be married,” said Jane’s rep. “Mr.Godley proposed to Ms. Krakowski over the holidays.”
Jane (41) and Robert have dated for more than a year. While Jane is causing ruckus for Tina Fey as the diva Jenna Maroney on 30 Rock, Robert is busy as co-founder of Psycho Bunny upscale menswear. Robert was born in Kent, England, but grew up in London; Jenna was born in New Jersey. This will be her first time tying the knot.
A friend of Jane’s said that the Tony winner is in the midst of relationship bliss. “She is very much in love, and very, very happy,” the friend said. The couple has not picked a date for the ceremony just yet.
As for Jane’s new rock, the actress’ friend says she is thrilled with it. “She loves it!” she said about the ring. “It’s beautiful!”
Before meeting Robert, Jane had been romantically linked to British documentarian Marc Singer and British actor Julian Ovenden. I guess she likes the Brits! (Sigh…I can’t blame her! I love them too!)
