Rachel Zoe Sporting Hot New Ribcage Look for 2010

Nothing tells the world you are strong, independent, fashionable and formidable like sporting this hot new look for 2010: actual ribs poking through your skin.

The look is currently unavailable at most retailers, but fashionistas are advised the look can be carefully recreated at home, subsisting on a diet of water, cigarettes, and dust.

I am just kidding. A little. Rachel Zoe, fashion stylist to the stars, star of her own reality show, businesswoman extraordinaire, was spotted in St. Barts startling the locals with her display of skin and bone. Ironically enough, she spoke out before about her control over her bony little starlets, and how some of them seemed to literally shrink under her tutelage:

“I don’t think it’s fair to say that I’m responsible because I’m a thin person, that because I’m influencing their style I’m influencing what they eat. There was this crazy rumour that I was getting diet pills from Mexico and distributing them. I was like, ‘Okay, I’ve never even tried cocaine. I don’t do drugs — I’m too much of a control freak’.”

For those of you who haven’t looked at a map of the world recently, Mexico is a mere two to three hours away by car from Los Angeles. Just to let you know.

Nicole Richie, former client and friend, also once made comments about Zoe’s eating behaviors.

Zoe continues to gain exposure and build her brand by racking up new business ventures. She has a new daily fashion newsletter, a how-to fashion book, and a fashion line for QVC.

No time to eat, I guess.
