The first time any store tries to charge me for a bag, I'll either walk away leaving the items on the counter or, if I paid already I'll immediately return everything and go to another store. The good thing is maybe people will buy less China junk from walmart if they realize they don't have enough bags to carry all that crap home in! I never take bags if I don’t need them.
