Actor Gary Coleman has been arrested in Utah for failing to appear in court, the Associated Press reports. And his mugshot is pretty much the scariest thing ever! The former child star looks kind of like a possessed Yoda. What do you think?
The 41-year-old former child star from Diff’rent Strokes actor was booked into the Utah County Jail Sunday, said Santaquin police officer Shawn Carter. He said he didn’t have any additional details on the warrant or know if Coleman was still being held. More information will be released later today.
The Salt Lake Tribune reported that Utah County Jail records show he was arrested after police received reports of a disturbance at his Santaquin home.
Coleman was arrested in Utah back in 2008 after a man claimed Coleman tried to run over him in a parking lot when he tried to take a picture with the child star. (Paparazzi, take note.) The case was reportedly been settled out of court.
Speaking of court, did you know that he and his wife Shannon Price appeared on Divorce Court in 2008? Check out the video…it’s pretty ridiculous. According to the Los Angeles Times, they had a pretty rocky marriage; Shannon was arrested on domestic violence charges last year.
