Razzie Nominations 2010

Before we’re all swept up in tomorrow’s prestigious Oscar nominations announcement, let’s take a moment to acknowledge all the actors and movies who majorly sucked this year. According to The Huffington Post, the 2010 Razzie Nominations are out, and one actress may snag both an Oscar AND a Razzie this year: Sandra Bullock.

Though we were all inspired by her performance in The Blind Side, her turn as a psycho alongside Bradley Cooper in All About Steve was, simply put, less than impressive. The film was also nominated for Worst Picture, along with Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Land of the Lost, GI Joe: Rise of Cobra and Old Dogs. Both Transformers and Land of the Lost are bound to rake in some Razzies, since they’re each nominated for seven awards.

The Razzies are now in their 30th year, and winners will be announced March 6, the night before the Oscars. In addition to acknowledging the worst flicks of 2010, voters also are making worst-of-the-decade picks. The worst-picture nominees are Battlefield Earth, Freddy Got Fingered, Gigli, I Know Who Killed Me and Swept Away. What do you guys think? I’m happy to say I’ve only seen one of those movies, but I’m embarrassed to admit that it’s the one with Lindsay Lohan.

You can see the full list of noms here. Of course, getting a Razzie isn’t really so terrible. Transformers was a mega-hit and many of the nominees are multi-millionaires. I guess they’re really winners, huh?
