Shatter Capri – These capris offer UA compression, which increases power and helps with muscle recovery, while not restricting movement (or breathing). The rousched, wide waistband allows for a low waisted trendy fit, while staying in place so no one gets a flash of the undies. The knee hem is scalloped on the outside, to allow for movement without bunching. Black and hot pink.

Under Armour Catalyst T – This tee is part of the UA GREEN collection, and is made of 100% recycled material. It is semi-fitted for a loose but flattering fit, and provides moisture transport, temperature regulation, and uses UPF 50+ for sun protection.     9. I hate going to the gym, so instead I joined a beginner static trapeze class at the Toronto School of Circus Arts! not only is it a great conversation starter, but its one of the best arm/ab workouts I’ve ever done. And so much fun it doesn’t even feel like a workout!

    38. I don’t really have a favorite as I find all torturous! However, I usually do 45 minutes of weights followed by 30 minutes of elliptical and 30 more of recumbent bike twice a week. *whew!*

    136. I guess I’m old fashioned, but I love to ride my bicycle in the great outdoors – year round unless there is too much snow, ice or FREEZING wind/rain! In summer I like to walk or ride down to the beach and swim in the lake – much more fun that a pool full of watery chemicals! Plus the view is much better!

    161. Hi there! I have 2 forms of working out, first I do my daily Yoga routine. I have been practicing Yoga for about 4 years now and it is part of my lifestyle, so I really don’t think of it as working out per say. But, it does keep me physically and spiritually grounded and prepares me for my other form of physical activity which is that I jog 4-5 days a week. I have a few different routes that I enjoy running and I try and run at least 3-4 miles each time. I would love some really cute clothes to wear to make me feel good about myself when I am being physical!
