I hate going to the gym, so instead I joined a beginner static trapeze class at the Toronto School of Circus Arts! not only is it a great conversation starter, but its one of the best arm/ab workouts I’ve ever done. And so much fun it doesn’t even feel like a workout!

Kettlebells! These are absoultely amazing workouts that are always challenging and never boring. I always feel empowered afterwards.

I love working out in my own home I do aerobics and just started doing pilates.

I don’t really have a favorite as I find all torturous! However, I usually do 45 minutes of weights followed by 30 minutes of elliptical and 30 more of recumbent bike twice a week. *whew!*
I like to go jogging with my dog (as long as there are no squirrels around!)

I guess I’m old fashioned, but I love to ride my bicycle in the great outdoors – year round unless there is too much snow, ice or FREEZING wind/rain! In summer I like to walk or ride down to the beach and swim in the lake – much more fun that a pool full of watery chemicals! Plus the view is much better!

Hi there! I have 2 forms of working out, first I do my daily Yoga routine. I have been practicing Yoga for about 4 years now and it is part of my lifestyle, so I really don’t think of it as working out per say. But, it does keep me physically and spiritually grounded and prepares me for my other form of physical activity which is that I jog 4-5 days a week. I have a few different routes that I enjoy running and I try and run at least 3-4 miles each time. I would love some really cute clothes to wear to make me feel good about myself when I am being physical!
