I hate going to the gym, so instead I joined a beginner static trapeze class at the Toronto School of Circus Arts! not only is it a great conversation starter, but its one of the best arm/ab workouts I've ever done. And so much fun it doesn't even feel like a workout!

Hi there! I have 2 forms of working out, first I do my daily Yoga routine. I have been practicing Yoga for about 4 years now and it is part of my lifestyle, so I really don't think of it as working out per say. But, it does keep me physically and spiritually grounded and prepares me for my other form of physical activity which is that I jog 4-5 days a week. I have a few different routes that I enjoy running and I try and run at least 3-4 miles each time. I would love some really cute clothes to wear to make me feel good about myself when I am being physical! Thanks so much for the chance to enter.

My favorite way to workout is either to work out at the gym or to swim laps at a pool, but working out at home is what I tend to do most

My workout: I run 5 days a week, cross train (swimming/spinning) once a week and strength train (weights, lunches, crunches, squats, etc) once or twice a week.
