		<description>Hi there!  I have 2 forms of working out, first I do my daily Yoga routine.  I have been practicing Yoga for about 4 years now and it is part of my lifestyle, so I really don&#039;t think of it as working out per say.  But, it does keep me physically and spiritually grounded and prepares me for my other form of physical activity which is that I jog 4-5 days a week.  I have a few different routes that I enjoy running and I try and run at least 3-4 miles each time.  I would love some really cute clothes to wear to make me feel good about myself when I am being physical!
