Bring Back That Lovin’ Feeling – Ways To Remind Him Why He Fell In Love

Work.  Clean.  Sleep.  As the mundane, everyday parts of real life start to set in after the blissful beginning of a new relationship, it is easy to start taking your partner for granted.  It can be even more difficult when you feel like your the one being taken for granted.

Rather than sulking, wondering why your partner isn’t being as loving as he was a year ago, follow these tips to remind him of why he fell in love with you to begin with.

1.  Bust out that “thing” you do. When you and your partner first started dating, he particularly loved something you did.  Maybe it was the way you snorted when you laughed, maybe it was your signature Roger Rabbit dance move, or maybe it was the way you were able to seamlessly work a room and get to know people.  Whatever it was (dig deep, he certainly adored something about you), make a conscientious effort to do it again.

2.  Nurture. Although it’s a bit Freudian, men love being taken care of.  Make some homemade mac and cheese.  Let him sleep on your lap while you run your fingers through his hair.  These comforting gestures will remind him that he feels most at ease when he is with you.

3.  Get Frisky. Remember when you’d surprise him by waiting in the bedroom with just one of his ties wrapped around your neck?  These fun and sexy things we do at the beginning of a relationship should continue after we get comfortable.  Remind him that you have a sexy side and you’re the one who best knows his body and best knows how to turn him on.

These three simple tips are little “nudges” to remind your man he has a good thing.
