Jennifer Aniston Shares Diet Secret in UK “Harper’s Bazaar”: “Stop Eating S–t”
I hate when celebrities try to convince me that being super thin is effortless. Like Heidi Klum never dieting and rarely exercising? If it’s true, I don’t want to know. On the other hand, I love when celebs admit that it takes discipline and restriction to achieve those perfect bods. A couple years ago, Julia Louis-Dreyfus dryly told a red carpet reporter that she had to eat nothing but egg whites to look good in her dress. Yes! Honesty! And in a recent issue of Esquire, Amanda Seyfried (who looked like an American Apparel ad with her lace body stocking) said she’s on a raw food diet, and that a recent lunch consisted of nothing but “spinach and seeds.”
The latest messenger of the difficult diet truth is 41 year-old Jennifer Aniston, who has been looking amazing for all her press for The Bounty Hunter. According to The Huffington Post, she has at least avoided Botox: “I could do it, and I mean these lines are getting deeper every day, but when I tell you what’s happened to me – these lines are just about living.”
Jen’s diet secret? “Look I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to,” she says. “I don’t starve myself in an extremist way. You’re not taking away my coffee or my dairy or my glass of wine because I’d be devastated. My advice: just stop eating s–t every day.”
Practical advice, no?
