What the World Needs Now is More Leggings from Lindsay

You can’t keep a former redhead down, even if she nearly brings down the house of Ungaro with her heart-shaped pasties!

Forget Paris – Linds is hard at work here in Los Angeles on expanding her existing fashion line, 6126.  No longer just about leggings, 6126 now includes mini dresses, leather items, and jackets – 280 pieces in total. The modern club-hopping gal should have all the 6126 fashion items she needs to transition from…um, doing nothing in the afternoon, to partying at night, to dragging one’s self home early the next morning (and other such TMZ-fueled folderol).  Despite how easy it was for me to make that cheap tabloid joke, Lohan’s team insists she does actually execute some work on this line:

Her PR rep reports that “despite what everyone says,” Lohan is very involved in the design process, choosing fabrics and inspecting samples at her downtown L.A. store.

Don’t worry, there are still plenty of leggings too, and Lohan has kept the line within the fairly reasonable price points of between $60 to $1,000. You should be able to track down items at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Ron Herman stores sometime in July…which is perfect black leather leggings weather, right.

I know we might all be a bit tired of the ‘throw on black leggings and then anything else’ fashion routine some of us have unfortunately fallen into.  But…it’s just so convenient and comfortable.  Are you still rocking the black leggings look? Or are you a grown-up young woman of the world who eschews comfort for style?

Just please tell us you’re not still wearing those pants with the words on the ass cheeks.
