Well, I think we all dodged an unsavory bullet with this story. Hugh Hefner has reportedly said a giant NO to the mother of 8 appearing nekkid in the pages of his glossy magazine, and he said it rather succinctly: “I don’t think she’s a celebrity.” This is rather hilarious considering the cover models of past issues have included such “celebrities” as Jose Conseco’s ex wife and um, Tara Reid.
Gosselin is probably less worried by losing the chance to show us her matronly bosom as her PR battle with ex-husband/douche Jon Gosselin “rages” on. She recently responded to allegations made by her ex’s lawyer that she is an absentee mom:
“I’ve got to work harder now than ever because I am a single mom and in my heart, I am always in my kitchen baking and cooking for my kids.”
Working harder than ever is single-mom code for “dancing like a robot”, in case you had forgotten. Gosselin is still competing in this season’s Dancing with the Stars, despite extremely lackluster performances.
Alright. I just have to check in: are we still fascinated with this pointless personage? She claims to be a hard working mother but spends most of her time in front of the camera. Is it “hard work” or vanity at this point?
