Happy 420 y’all, fire up your bongs!
For those out of the loop, April 20 aka “4/20″ is an annual day for pot heads marijuana proponents to celebrate cannabis culture across North America.
This year’s 420 is a biggie for those fighting to get the green legalized, as Californians will vote in November on whether to finally legalize recreational marijuana use for adults 21 years and older.
Contrary to popular belief, 420 is not the police code for marijuana, but originates from the slang used by a group of kids at San Rafael High School in Northern California in the 70s to signal the time to meet and smoke marijuana after class. Today, 420 is a cultural code among pot smokers and in pop culture.
420 celebrations in Colorado, California, Vancouver and, well, anywhere there’s a bunch of pot smokers, will include group “smoke ins” at 4:20pm today. I hope someone remembers to bring chips.

this ain’t about drugs…weed isn’t bad im not out doing other things…. or hurting anyone…i have fun sittin at my house with my friends…and kno plenty of older people (older then me) that smoke too…it helps people vent and relieve stress when you had a hard day…It would make more money in the long run and save us money on jailin millions…it isn;t the Gaetway “Devils Weed”…Legalize It Marijuana 2010!
i have a doctors recommendation if it is legalized since i eat it which takes more weed will i be allowed to grow more then 25 sq ft which i will have to do to take care of my medical promblems
