Why is Kate Gosselin Still on “Dancing With the Stars?” (WATCH)
It’s not an opinion, it’s a fact: Kate Gosselin can’t dance. Last night on Dancing with the Stars, the reality octomom and her partner tony Dovolani attempted a Breakfast Club-themed foxtrot to “Don’t You Forget About Me” as part of Movie Week on the show…but as usual, Kate was stiff and lifeless. Though her ’80s-inspired outfit was adorable, she appeared to be walking more than dancing, and was clearly stressing out as she tried to remember the steps. Check out the video:
“It wasn’t really a dance, it was a stroll,” said judge Len Goodman. Bruno Tonioli even called Kate “a frock on a coat hanger,” which is even meaner than my assessment of Kate as a “stiff Barbie.”
How is Kate still on this show? All of her performances have been sub-par, and she’s even threatened to quit! Assuming that the producers really do honor the voting system, people must be voting for her. According to The Huffington Post, Kate herself might have something to do with that: Life&Style‘s SCENE QUEENS has obtained an email that Kate sent to her friends to call in and vote for her! In it, she pleads for friends to forward the email to at least ten people and asks for everyone to call in not once, not twice, but TEN times! “I am much less confident this week and am actually BEGGING you this week to vote to the max for Tony and I via TEXTING, EMAIL, and PHONE,” she wrote.
Give up, Kate. Time to pack your shoes and go!
