PUMA Releases Imani Mesh for Women- Toes Everywhere Rejoice

Puma ImaniThe weather is heating up, which means it’s time to kick the Uggs and bring some fresh and light footwear into your wardrobe. For most, this means flip-flops; they are relatively cheap, comfy and easy to slip on and off.

I have issues with flip-flops, however; I live in Seattle, where I’m sure you might have heard it tends to rain, and wet ground and exposed tootsies don’t exactly go together. Also, as the weather gets nicer, one tends to spend more time doing outside activities which usually requires more walking than normal: BBQs, farmers’ markets, street fairs. Flip flops don’t offer sufficient padding which causes foot and knee pain, and almost always in my case, blisters.

Sure, you can just wear your running shoes, but come on, it’s summer, you want to look cute.  What’s a girl to do?  Find alternative footwear, and no one does functionality, comfort and cute better than PUMA.

This season, PUMA has released their newest women’s shoe, the lightweight Imani Mesh. The Imani Mesh is the perfect blend of activity ready, stylish design, and breezy comfort for your feet.  Comfortable, but trendy to suit all summer footwear needs.

These slip-on sneakers, with corset-inspired elastic closure (more comfortable than a real corset, I assure you) keep a feminine look, with the vintage running sneaker look PUMA is known for.  The mesh upper lets your piggies breathe, while the suede overlays, cushiony footbed and rubber sole keep the sassy sneaker vibe.

The Imani Mesh just released in Nordstrom stores nationwide, and are available on Nordstrom.com in a great selection of colors to match any summer outfit.  Check ‘em out and you’ll be willing to let those flip-flops collect dust.
