The ex-wife of Dwayne Wade is bringin’ it on against Gabrielle Union. According to E News, Siohvaughn Wade and the Miami Heat star were sweethearts since they were 15 years old and separated back in 2007. They’re currently in the middle of a nasty divorce, and Siohvaugn has filed a $50,000 lawsuit against Gabrielle, claiming the Bring It On star ”engaged in sexual foreplay” with Dwayne in front of his kids, provoking “screams and cries” from Wade’s son and otherwise inflicting untold amounts of emotional distress on the children with excessive PDAs.
Team Gabrielle says that Siohvaughn’s claims are complete fiction. “Each and every allegation made is entirely false,” said Gabrielle’s attorney, C. Anthony Mulrain.
Dwayne is on the denial train too. “I can state with certainty that the claims Siohvaughn made about Gabrielle are untrue,” Dwayne said in a statement. He added that he was “shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union.”
In the suit, Siohvaughn claims that her oldest son, Zaire, has been forced to seek medical treatment for anxiety, nervous habits, headaches and even “significant” hair loss as result of the distress his father’s relationship with Gabrielle caused him. The suit also says that the couple’s younger son, Zion, nearly drowned because Dwayne was distracted by Gabrielle.
And get this: Dwayne’s ex says Union is living out her fictional roles! According to the suit, Gabrielle “has played sexually explicit roles, including roles as a seductress,” and “has apparently decided to take her role beyond the films and into the home of a married man, Dwyane Wade, in the presence of his two minor children.”
Come on. There’s revenge, and there’s just being ridiculous.
and u would think that a married man wouldn’t do this but i guess that sayin is true all men are the same. I wish the best for Mrs. Wade as she is going through this situation. Just pray and God got it all in control.
