To achieve the sick look for the role, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson reportedly went on a crash 9-week liquid diet and spent three hours every day on the treadmill to go from his normally beefy looking 214 pounds down to a super skinny 160 pounds.
Fans worried about 50′s health can remain calm: he lost the weight with the help of celebrity trainer Jay Cardiello, who travels with 50, 24-hours a day, 7-days a
