Chris Klein, for those of you who don’t recognize the name, used to be popular for his role as Chris “Oz” Ostreicher in the American Pie series. Now, he’s simply known as the douchebag with two DUIs in the course of six years.
Most people (smart people) go their whole lives without ever receiving a ticket for drinking and driving (Stephanie Pratt is not one of these people, but we’ll save her failures for another post) but rich celebrities who can actually afford to pay a driver are caught countless times. Doesn’t really make sense, does it?
Chris Klein was not only drunk when he was pulled over and booked for DUI this morning by police – he was completely rocked. The former actor was reportedly almost three times over the legal limit. Completely unacceptable. The legal limit in California is .08 percent and Mr. Klein blew well over a .20.
To make matter worse, Chris was not the only passenger in the car – a dog was along for the ride as well.
We have no patience for drinking and driving. At all.
What do celebrities have to do before their asses are actually jailed for this type of behavior? Does someone have to die? Apparently so.
So sad and so unacceptable.
