Boo-Hoo! Leann is a Twitter quitter!
After receiving messages from fans and critics expressing their disdain for a recent photo of herself and boyfriend, Eddie Cirbrian, engaged in a very public PDA while vacationing with his two sons, Leann has officially left the Twitterverse.
“Since when is kissing your boyfriend a crime?!” she tweeted. “Who’s [sic] right was it to take pics of us in a private moment and display them for judgment [sic]?!”
Oh Leann, you swerved off the high road a long time ago.
As you’ll recall, Leann and Eddie’s romance began like a on the set of a Lifetime movie, while they were both married to other people. In the time since, the couple has been more than happy to smile and kiss (wait, aren’t those “private moments?”) for the paparazzi.
She also took the time to share this would-be private moment on Twitter, “So sweet when a 3 year old climbs in bed and says ‘why are you so pretty!; what a doll he is, so kind. It’s amazing the things kids say,” Wonderwall reports.
The controversy sparking photo in question (pictured right) has Leann leaning over Eddie’s three year old son in a skimpy black bikini so she can plant a sloppy kiss on her man. Like it or not, why does Leann Rimes really care what the rest of us think? Guilty conscience?
In her final tweet to her followers, Leann wrote, “Trying so hard to lead a compassionate life. It’s so hard when most people are not compassionate back.”
Awwww, muffin… if breaking up two marriages is being compassionate, I’d hate to see you when you’re be totally insensitive.
