Angelina Jolie Says She Would Marry Brad Pitt if Kids Wanted It

The new Russian spy trend is great for Angelina Jolie, who plays a CIA officer accused of being a Russian spy in the new movie Salt, which hits theaters on July 23. “It’s bizarre, isn’t it?” Angelina told ABC News. “It’s been so bizarre for us. … I have two halves. You know, a part of me feels, as a citizen of a country, you think, ‘I don’t want anything to affect our new positive relationship with Russia.’ And the other part of me is somebody who’s in a film, thinks, ‘My god, what timing.’ And this is so strange, because all through making the film, there was a question of, ‘Is it possible? Does it still exist today? Is it poignant? Is it relevant?’”

Angelina says she did some of her own stunts, but she had to draw the line at the really dangerous ones because she’s a mother. “Because I have six kids, I would never do something that could kill me,” Jolie said. “But there were things that were — I could have broken my arm or broken my leg, or that kind of thing.”

Would she and Brad have more kids? “There’s no plans at the moment for more,” she said. “But always talk about it. We’re always open.” She says that she and Brad are very exhausted each morning … “But yet, we still love the idea of having more children,” she admits.

Angelina and Brad have never made getting married a priority, but Angelina says, “I think it would be hard to say no to the kids.” I’m not sure why the kids would care, but I’ll take her word for it.
