According to TMZ, Mel Gibson’s lawyers have filed legal papers asking the judge to hold ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, in contempt. Sources reveal that the papers claim “Oksana is responsible for leaking the secretly-recorded tapes of Mel’s rants” during the couple’s nuclear arguments.
TMZ continues that the judge in Oksana and Mel’s ongoing custody war issued a restraining order preventing Oksana from leaking the tapes. Mel and his team believe his ex-girlfriend received a huge payout for selling the tapes.
Mel reportedly has asked Judge Scott Gordon to issue an order which would allow his team to search Oksana’s “computer and iPhone for emails and text messages showing communications related to the sale of the tapes.” Another judge previously denied Mel’s request, but the motion has now been renewed before Judge Gordon.
Oksana has vehemently denied that she is the source of the leak.
Shortly after the first tape was released, Mel was dropped by his talent agency. A second tape, one where Mel can be heard threatening to kill Oksana, will be released shortly, reports Radar Online.
