After announcing her divorce from Spencer Pratt a few months ago, Heidi Montag quickly made headlines by revealing her plans to star on a new reality show.
The show was set to feature Heidi, her former Laguna/Hills friend Jennifer Bunney and at least one of the two Shannon twins (Hugh Hefner’s former girlfriends). But now, just days after The Hills series finale aired, it appears that Heidi Montag may be retiring from reality tv.
On July 13, Montag tweeted “looking back over the years I could never have guessed life would turn out this way not in a million years.”
We’re not sure whether Heidi is referring to her shocking new look, her divorce from Spencer Pratt or her complete lack of contact with family or friends but we’d definitely have to agree – we wouldn’t have guessed that the sweet, perky girl we had grown to love on the first season of The Hills would end up this way either.
So what’s happening with Heidi’s new reality show?
According to her pal Jennifer Bunney “the show is so far going GREAT! Is Heidi going to be a part of it anymore I don’t know.I hope she is. I really do.” Jenn then goes onto explain that “she [Heidi] is just going through a lot right now and needs to decide if reality tv is the best move for her, as she works through this divorce.”
Pretty sure Heidi will decide to jump on board at the last minute. Besides Mrs. Pratt Ms. Montag has never been one to shy away from the cameras.
