It is not a good day to be Jennifer Aniston. Not only is Brad Pitt hot again, (he and Angelina totally rocked the red carpet for the Salt premier) but a violent stalker was arrested after he was caught prowling around her home in Hollywood Hills. He had a sharp object, duct tape, a bag and love letters for Jen with him, too… yikes!
TMZ writes that her stalker, Jason Peyton, spent 8 days trying to locate the actress, even carving “I LOVE YOU JENNIFER ANISTON” into the side of his car. Creepy!
“According to the documents obtained by TMZ, ‘Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker – with a history of violence and criminal stalking – who drove cross country in his delusional mission to locate and marry [Aniston] with whom he believes he is in a relationship.”
Thankfully, after being arrested Peyton was placed on psychiatric hold, and Aniston has been granted a restraining order, which says he must stay at least 100 yards away from the actress’ home, places of work and vehicles, as well as her employees, agents, managers and other reps.
Peyton also “believes that he’s related to Oprah, Nelson Mandela, Jay-Z, Jennifer Lopez, Courtney Cox, Bill and Melinda Gates, President George Bush (both of them) and Donald Trump,” TMZ reports.
The incident is serious enough for LAPD to get its Threat Management Unit involved.
Jennifer has been in London, England promoting her new fragrance– we suggest she may want to hang out there for a few more days!
