Kendra Wilkinson Gives Up on Her Diet
Former Girl Next Door and Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson has been working overtime to get back into pre-baby shape after giving birth to her son Hank Baskett IV in December 2009, but recently, Kendra has admitted to putting her diet on hold.
The reality star told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show:
“It’s so hard because I was on this book tour, and…doing a book tour, you’re all over the country and you have to catch flights and everything. So I actually took a break from my diet. I’m on my gaining weight part now.”
Shedding baby weight is no easy task, and I can’t imagine it being easy for Kendra to get into pre-baby form considering the ridiculously slim and ripped, athletic body she had before baby Hank.
Kendra gained 50 pounds during her pregnancy and has publicly waffled between loving her new curves and wanting her old body back, and right now she’s putting her weight loss efforts on hold.
Kendra recently released a fitness DVD called Knockout With Kendra, where she, along with celeb trainer Nicky Hollander, lead a workout routine based around different sports that will sculpt muscles and shed pounds to help other women drop their own baby weight.
Looks like her own copy of the DVD will be gathering dust in a moving box, because in addition to her busy book signing schedule, Kendra and NFL husband Hank Baskett are in the process of moving back Philadelphia from their current home in Los Angeles, where Baskett was re-signed as a wide receiver for the Eagles.
