According to Radar Online, Bristol Palin is “heartbroken” after learning that her new on-again fiancé and baby daddy, Levi Johnston may have gotten his ex-girlfriend pregnant.
They were on a break! At least, that’s what Ross from Friends Levi is saying.
He and Lanesia reportedly reunited only briefly last year, at a time when Levi and Bristol were not together. Despite hooking up with his ex, Radar Online reports that Levi is adamant that the baby isn’t his, however, no one really knows for sure.
“Levi is one of three possible fathers who were with Lanesia during the probable week of conception,” a source revealed.

Bristol is now thinking twice about whether or not she should move ahead with the engagement, while her mother, Sarah, has gone out and shot a moose for dinner to mark the celebratory occasion.
In 2008, Lanesia revealed in an interview with UK’s News of the World, that she and Levi were in a three year relationship before her then-best friend Bristol stole him away. At the time of the interview, the former friends had not spoken since the incident.
Levi and Bristol are currently only speaking via text-message.
With regards to their engagement, the Palin family spokesperson has only said “no official decision has been made.”
