Dim the lights. Jennifer Lopez is the first to be eliminated from this season’s American Idol.
The rumored new judge is out, reportedly because “Her demands got out of hand” and quite simply, “Fox had just had enough” a source close to the show told People.com.
It’s hardly a secret that Jennifer can be a little over-the-top with her requests.
Earlier this year, she requested a list of necessities that she would need to perform at the World Music Awards in Monaco.
That list included:
- A helicopter on standby
- A custom-fitted speed boat, complete with love seat, faux leather seats and a champagne fridge
- Diamond-encrusted headphones (to block out the noise from the boat… obviously)
- An on-call masseuse
- A 12-man strong hair and make-up team
- An entire hotel floor to herself
- A stretch of private beach
However, the singer did reportedly turn down the offer of a private butler because after all, Jenny From The Block can still do some things for herself. We’re just not sure what they are. Brush her teeth maybe?
Now that Jennifer is out, the network is said to be revisiting their earlier top picks. Jessica Simpson, this could just be your lucky day!
