BREAKING NEWS: The entire world is out to get Lindsay Lohan. (At least, according to her Mom, Dina.)
Dina is a good parent people. As a parent, you just need to give your kid a little breathing room – even when that breathing room includes allowing your teenaged daughter to move across the country and staying idle as she gets caught up in drugs and alcohol. “I had to let her live and fall and fail and survive,” the Mother of the Year Dina told Matt Lauer on the Today Show this morning.
While Dina did say that she does not condone Lindsay’s behavior, she continued to make excuses for her daughter, saying that Judge Revel was too hard on her, the news spreads propaganda, and that Lindsay has been continuously punished for her 2007 drunk driving incident.
Too bad none of that punishment included her taking some time to complete her mandatory alcohol education classes! But I’m sure that’s not Lindsay’s fault either.
Dina also revealed that Lindsay is doing “wonderfully” and that she will likely be able to leave the UCLA Medical Center –where she is currently the 90 days in rehab portion of her sentence – early. However, she will not be returning to LA. Instead, Lindsay will make the move to New York, because apparently, “it’s a different game you play there, the court system is a little different.”
In other words – watch out New York! Nothing has changed! Once Lindsay is released we advise you to take the subway everywhere as the streets of the city will no longer be safe.

Dina wake up I have children if they were to do something wrong…they own that mistake….as adults they make decisions for themselves they have done a pretty good job thus far…I am blessed because I do not have rose colored glasses on I know things happen I will give them my love and support but never make excuses for problems they may cause. Your interview only proved your as much to blame for Lindsey problem as your ex husband.
Yep…”the judge was too hard on Lohan..” OMG, the mother actually stating the judge is now fired, off her daughters case..the woman is a raving lunatic who seems to care more about herself than her child.
People were praying for this girl..wanting her to live. If a couple of days in jail and rehab helps her..hooray. At this point, I would say both mother and daughter need some serious help.
