Just call her Mrs. Comrie! Hilary Duff and her hockey player boyfriend, Mike Comrie are now officially husband and wife. The happy couple was married Saturday in an intimate ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.
An eye witness told People Magazine, “Mike held his arm around Hilary for most of the romantic, candlelit ceremony, and they both looked extremely happy.”
After the ceremony at Mediterranean Villa La Quinta, Hilary and Mike spent their wedding night at the nearby historic San Ysidro Ranch – one of the rumored locations for their much anticipated wedding day.
Hilary walked down the aisle with her mother in front of about 100 guests, wearing a beautiful Vera Wang gown, Pop Crunch reports. Her sister Haylie acted as maid of honor.

Hilary and Mike began dating in 2007 after meeting on vacation while they both visited a resort in Idaho. “We were all on the same plane and it was kind of, I guess, maybe a bit of a fluke. She calls it ironic. No I’m kidding!” Mike told Hockey Night in Canada. “It [was] one of those things where we were all in a group… we spend the weekend all hanging out.”
Last year Hilary told People, “I’ve never met anyone who can say a bad word about him. He’s generous, caring and sunny. We just laugh our heads off.”
